The Bud started having issues in just one month after buying it and now it is no longer working

Your products are no longer lasting anymore. I bought the Rhyme ANC on this website in December 2023, delivered by Mid January, by January ending one ear started giving issues, now, I don't even know what it does anymore. One second it is working, next second it is not. This is a terrible product
