1) How do I place an order?

  • Visit ng.oraimo.com on you web browser or download oraimo store app
  • Tap or click on the item you want to purchase
  • Tap on Buy Now if that is the only item you want to purchase. Tap on “Add to Cart” to add more items and then tap or click on “Checkout”
  • Fill the form that pops up with your accurate information
  • Tap on confirm to complete the process
  • You’ll receive a confirmation in your Email. Sometimes, confirming your order requires contacting you by phone. Please provide a reachable contact phone number.

2) Can I modify or cancel my order after it's been placed?

You have the option to cancel it and make a new order or contact our customer service center for help (+234 818 135 3103 (First Choice); after the order is canceled, your coupons will return to your account

3) How do I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order on the 'My Orders' page before it ships out. Note: 1. We're not able to cancel an order that has been shipped.

4) Can I use more than one coupon?

Apologize for this inconvenience, per order, can only be applied with one coupon code.

However, you may use a coupon code + oraimo points together in one transaction.

5) How can I track my order and know its status?

You can check the status of your order at my order page.

Please note that your order number has been sent to you via email(for example, O-NG.....).

To track your parcel, simply enter your order number on our tracking page

6) How do I change my billing address?

You can edit the billing address at sumbit order page, before completing the payment.

Note: The billing address won't affect the shipment of your order. If you already paid but want to change it, you may cancel the current order then repurchase it.

7) Can I place the order today and get it today?

8) My location is not listed on the website or the app. How do I get my order to my location?

Hello there... Please be informed that shipping; delivery is nationwide but there are locations the rider cannot reach. Do reach out to the hotline numbers on the website for further assistance.

9) Can I place an order and pick it up at the store?

Once your payment is confirmed by our team, you can go ahead and place your order normally with the details of the recipient. Just remember to provide the order number to customer service, who will then change the order status to 'Paid' on the website backend. This ensures the order processes smoothly and the recipient won’t have to pay upon shipping delivery.

14) Can I place an order and pick it up at the store?

We do not have a swap policy on our products.

The orders can’t be modified. However, you have the option to cancel it. And if you want to modified order, you can cancel the old order and place a new one.
