Points Return Policy Statement
The Points Return policy is an incentive program designed to reward customers for their purchases. After purchasing and confirming receipt, customers earn points for future use or redemption within the oraimo store APP.
1）Points Acquisition:
- Customers will earn points proportional to the value of their purchase upon confirmation of delivery.
- The specific point redemption rate is determined by oraimo and is subject to change.
2）Points Utilization:
- Accumulated points can be applied as a discount for next purchases.
- The application rate and redemption policies of points are regulated by oraimo. For more details, check on the submit order page.
- Points may also be used in the oraimo store APP's Points Mall for entry into point-lucky draw or redeem free products on APP points mall.
3）Points Validity:
- The validity of points depends on where you earned them. Points earned in a campaign are valid for the duration specified in the campaign.
- Points earned during special promotional events may have a different validity period as determined by oraimo. Please refer to the specific requirements of each activity for the exact validity period.
4）Check your points account:
- Upon successful receipt of goods, points will be automatically credited to the customer's account with an app notification.
- Customers can review their point balance and transaction history in the "My Account" or "Points Center" within the oraimo store APP.
- During the checkout process, customers will have the option to apply available points towards the payment of their order.
Additional Notes:
1) oraimo retains the ultimate authority to interpret and manage the points system.
2) Points obtained through fraudulent transactions or in violation of the terms will be nullified, and their usage may be suspended by oraimo.
3) Users found to be in violation of the rules may be subject to blacklisting and revocation of their rights to oraimo services.
4) oraimo has established a clear procedure for addressing any violations and will ensure that customers are duly notified of any actions taken.
