FAQs

The garbage clog the suction port during use?

Remove the brush from the host and unclog the suction port of the brush.

Inhaling water?

Turn off the power and unplug. Ask for after-sales feedback.

Small suction?

a.Reinstall the Hypa and confirm that it is installed properly.
b.Check if the protruding buckles of the dust cup at the front and back have been buckled in place, and confirm again whether the dust cup is loose.

The handle to fall offduring use?

Confirm whether plug properly and whether the buckle is tight.
