FAQs

Unable to turn the product on?

a.The power adapter is not properly connected. Properly reconnect the adapter.
b.The power adapter that comes with the product is not used. Use the DC 5V/2A power adapter included with this product.

No fog?

a.Water shortage in the water tank. Refill the water tank.
b.Too much water in the tank. Pour out the extra water.
"c.Low atomization performance caused by oil dirt that attaches on the surface of the atomizing sheets. Clean the atomizer with a cotton swab dipped
in a small amount of alcohol. It is recommended to clean it once every 3-5 days. If the frequency of use is low, clean it once a week."
d.Malfunction caused by too much essential oil or using overly viscous essential oil.

Water leakage while using?

a.Too much water in the water tank. Pour the extra water and make sure the water level is under the MAX line.
b.Leakage caused by moving the machine while using. Do not move it when it is in use.

No sound while the product is in use?

This product is in silent mode. Press the volume + button to exit the silent mode.
