Doesnt fastcharge both at the same time

I got the charger deliverd to me on the 2 of september, had high hopes for it but it doesnt fastcharge two devices at the same time as described on the website. its only able to fastcharge one device ..then nomal charge the other which takes longer.. onless the unit sent to me isnt good
