a. Check the socket and power on. Follow the markings on the base and turn on the power switch at the bottom.
b. Unable to turn it on by pressing the 'start' button. Recharge it.
Low battery. Please use an adapter that supports DC9V or DC12V to charge this product for 10-15 minutes before turning it on.
a. Check the adapter's output voltage and current to ensure it supports multi-voltage charging: Use an adapter that supports DC9V, 2A or DC12V, 1.5A and above to charge the product. This will enable fast charging mode (DC9V or DC12V charging), indicated by green light flashing.
b.Slow charging mode (DC5V charging): The white light flashes. Alternatively, replace the USB charging cable: Replace the adapter or use a data cable that supports the charging protocol.
c.Unable to charge; battery quickly drains or shuts off after being fully charged (green light): The battery has reached its charge/discharge lifespan. Replace it with a new battery pack of the same capacity and voltage.
a.The fan blades are not properly installed. Reinstall it.
b.The motor is damaged. Replace it.
