Disappointed

Overall, the Riff 2 offers excellent sound quality and lasting battery life. However, I'm disappointed with a couple of aspects of the product: 1. Oraimo designed it so that you can't turn it off unless you place it back inside the casing. Unfortunately, sometimes the casing fails to turn it off properly. Hours after I've placed it inside the case, expecting it to disconnect, it remains on and connected. This is both annoying and disappointing. It would be much more convenient if I could simply turn it off before putting it back in the case. 2. I believe the issue mentioned in point 1 has led to my right earbud malfunctioning. I returned it to Oraimo, and they replaced it. However, after just three months, the right earbud has stopped working again. Since I'm still under warranty, I plan to return it once more. My hope in sharing this review is that Oraimo will consider improving the earbuds to allow users to manually turn them off, rather than relying solely on the casing, which often fails. The image added to the review shows that my left earbud is still ON while inside the case (it’s supposed to go off the minute I close the case)
