Great Product

I really like this smart RGB light. It does everything as described and I practically enjoy using the remote control. The delivery was fast and I highly recommend you get this for the extra lighting effects you need in your space.

FAQs

Unable to control the product via the remote?

a.Low battery for the remote. Recharge it.
b. Insulating tab on the remote has not been removed. Remove it.
c.Remote control and product are not successfully paired. Follow the pairing instructions in the user manual to re-pair the remote control with the product

Unable to recharge?

Foreign objects in the USB port causing poor contact. Clean the USB port using a brush and a hair dryer.

Unable to turn the product on?

Low battery, Recharge it.

Insensitive fingertip touch?

The contact surface is not large enough. Use your fingertip pad or thumb for operation.
